Dark winds recently returned to AMC for Season 4, but you may be like millions of others who discovered the show via Netflix. Here’s what we know so far about the fourth season and when it will arrive on Netflix.

Netflix added shows in more international territories (at least 30 according to our records) in the months following 2025, including Australia, the United Kingdom, some European regions, and Latin America. Most of Seasons 1 and 2 are streaming, with only Season 1 streaming in the UK.

In case you missed it, AMC has renewed the acclaimed noir drama A fourth season before season 3 to air in 2025.
Season 4 began filming in March 2025 in Santa Fe, runs eight hour-long episodes, and marks Zane McClarnon’s first turn in the director’s chair. McClernan returns as Lieutenant Joe Leaphorn alongside Kiowa Gordon, Jessica Matten and Deanna Allison, with showrunner John Wirth continuing to helm the series.
The fourth season premieres on February 15, 2026 at 9 pm ET/PT on AMC and AMC+ in the United States, expanding the scope of the show as the search for a missing Navajo girl takes Leaphorn, Chi, and Manuelito from the reservation to 1970s Los Angeles and into the crosshairs of an organized crime network.
New cast members Franka Potente, Isabel Deroy Olson, Chaske Spencer, Luke Barnett and Titus Welliver join the cast, as well as A. MartÃnez is also returning.
