2025 has been a big year for limited series on Netflix, with the streamer having its most successful launch to date adolescence, From the plethora of offerings, we’ve compiled our top 10 series, ranging from action-packed westerns to political dramas and real-life thrillers. The couple who own the ornate cliff estate, Michaela (Julianne Moore) and Peter (Kevin Bacon), are an aristocrat, socialite and cultured couple – who have secrets of their own. The show explores themes of family, loyalty and cultism – all wrapped up in one script Very Humorous. In our review, we rated Sound A very solid 4 stars.

From a gorgeous comedy to one of Netflix’s most heartbreaking shows of the year. toxic city Tells the true story of the mothers of the English town of Corby, who fight for justice when their children are born disabled as a direct result of industrial neglect. Pregnant women were exposed to waste from the demolished steelworks. After realising, they fight for justice in a long-running legal battle.
toxic city Headlined by Jodie Whittaker (am a doctor), Claudia Jessie (bridgerton), Amy Lou Wood (white lotus), and Rory Kinnear (Bank of DaveDue to its very British-centric story, it sadly didn’t take off as it should have. It’s not a fun watch, but it’s necessary.

black Rabbit
Title by Jude Law (talented mr ripley, Sherlock Holmes) and Jason Bateman (ozark, black Rabbit Explores New York City nightlife through the lens of two brothers. The series takes place when a rising star restaurateur and owner black Rabbit After her brother is pursued by loan sharks, she is unknowingly thrust into New York’s dangerous underground. This series is perfect for those who like dark and serious drama.
Despite being marketed as a limited series, the show’s creator, Kate Suzman, is keen to continue telling more stories based on the Black Rabbit world. “There are so many stories I still want to follow,” she said. WrapAs of right now, it seems unlikely that Netflix will renew,

Based on the 2011 novel Destiny of the Republic by Candice Millard, death due to lightning is a 4-episode political drama that tells the story of James Garfield (Michael Shannon), who rises from poverty to become President of the United States. He rose from self-taught teacher to president, to U.S. Congressman and ultimately to the 20th president. The series documents his journey, as well as that of Charles Guiteau (Matthew Macfadyen), the man who murdered him.
Death by Lightning is one of Netflix’s top-rated limited series of 2025, currently boasting a stellar 91% rating on Rotten Tomatoes.

While a little swollen, zero day Still offers a thrilling narrative, told through its top-tier cast. Besides Robert De Niro, it also stars Jesse Plemons, Lizzy Caplan, Dan Stevens and Joan Allen.

Season 3 tells the story of Ed Gein, also known as the Butcher of Plainfield. Geen was a body snatcher and serial killer who inspired some of cinema’s most iconic villains, from Norman Bates to Leatherface. Starring Charlie Hunnam, the series explores Geen’s mental issues, his obsession with his mother, his crimes, his relationships, and more. Although, in Ryan Murphy style, it stretches the truth to the point of controversy, it’s still a binge-watch that enthralled America and the world following its release.

what is there to say in this adolescence Hasn’t this already been said? From Stephen Graham, the crime drama became an instant hit on Netflix. This was even cited as a significant observation by the UK government. The series tells the story of 12-year-old schoolboy Jamie (Owen Cooper), who is accused of murdering a girl at his school. As soon as he was taken into custody, the investigation into the murder began. Although the story is fictional, it seems absolutely real. It is a realistic exploration of the real issue of knife crime in Britain.
Additionally, the episode was filmed entirely in one take by director Philip Bernatini. There are no cuts, making it feel much more intense and intimate than your typical drama.
