Hole is a district where the strong prey on the weak and death is a common part of everyday life. The district has become a testing ground and cesspool for magic, where experiments are conducted on the residents. Frustrated with the way the people of Hol are treated, Kaimon, a reptilian man, leads a personal hunt against those in power in search of answers.
One Piece: Elbaf Island Arc
Coming to Netflix: 11 April 2026
Once the Egghead Island Arc ends, the One Piece anime will move on to the Elbaf Island Arc! Since Elbaf was first mentioned two decades ago, fans have waited an entire generation and then some to see the home of the giant warrior pirate. Currently listed in the “Worth to Wait” section of the Netflix app, the second season of Jujutsu Kaisen is definitely coming to Netflix soon. One of the most popular anime in the world at the moment, fans went crazy for the second season, especially thanks to the events at Shibuya Station.
Devil May Cry (Season 2)
Coming to Netflix: 12 May 2026
first season of Devil May Cry was a huge hit on Netflix, and so soon after being renewed, fans will be incredibly excited to see Dante and Virgil’s performance in Season 2.

Bas Ex Machina (Season 1) N
Coming to Netflix: 6 October 2026
From South Korean animation studio Studio Mir, an exciting new anime is coming to Netflix later this year. The series will feature the voice talents of Brian Tyree Henry, Janelle Monáe, Tati Gabrielle, Cree Summer, Chaske Spencer, Kari Graham and Starlet Dupuis.

Blue Box (Season 2) n
Coming to Netflix: fall 2026
Telecom Animation Film did a great job with the first season of Blue Box and, naturally, fans are already extremely excited for the second season. We now have confirmation that the second season will be released in the fall of 2026!
Taiki Inomata, a new student at Emi Senior High, a member of the high school badminton team, is in love with Chinatsu Kano, a second-year student and the top player on the girls’ basketball team.

TOEI Animation has been responsible for producing One Piece anime since the 90s, but the East Blue Arc remake is in the hands of WIT Studio. The story will significantly reduce Tor’s conversion time, providing a more engaging dynamic for fans and newcomers.

Cyberpunk: Edgerunners (Season 2) n
Coming to Netflix: tba
Cyberpunk Edgerunners was a huge hit not only for Netflix but also for cyberpunk games, helping to revitalize the game, which had a poor start at launch but has since become one of the best video games of its generation. It is unclear whether the second season will continue the Edgerunners’ story or introduce a new series of colorful characters.
Let’s hope the second season doesn’t shock fans as much as the first one!
The Summer Hikaru Died (Season 2) n

After a fantastic first season, it barely took a day for CyGamesPictures to announce the production of a second season of The Summer Hikaru Died. We’re not sure when the second season will arrive on Netflix, but we expect a release in 2026.
Two best friends living in a rural Japanese village: Yoshiki and Hikaru. Growing up together, they were inseparable… until the day Hikaru came back from the mountains, and he was no longer himself. “Something” has taken over Hikaru’s body, memories, emotions… and everything they know begins to unravel.
Sakamoto Days (Season 2) n

Sakamoto Days has not been renewed for a second season yet, but we hope to hear about a renewal sooner than later! The series, like Dan Da Dan, has been extremely popular in the Netflix library, and continues Netflix’s effort to bring more weekly anime content to the streaming service.

Dan Da Dan (Season 3)
Coming to Netflix: 2027
Dan Dan has been one of the most popular anime titles on Netflix in the last year, watched by millions around the world. Science Saru has done an incredible job with the anime so far, and fans can look forward to the adaptation of the Space Globalists arc
The series focuses on two high school students, Momo and Okarun. Momo, who believes in ghosts, and Okarun, who believes in aliens, both deny each other’s existence, that is, until one fateful night, when Okarun encounters a malicious spirit and Momo encounters overly curious aliens, the pair find themselves stepping into a world of the paranormal and supernatural.
