The Chestnut Man: Hide and Seek is an upcoming Danish Netflix Original crime-thriller series and sequel season to the 2021 Danish drama The Chestnut Man. The series is directed by Ronnie Ezra and written by Dorte W. Hogg and Emily LeBeck Kaye, who adapted Søren Svestrup’s novel Hide and Seek for television.
The series is being produced by Morten Kjems Hyten Juhl and Stine Meldgaard Madsen with production company SAM Productions. Meta Louise Foldegger Sorensen is the executive producer.

When the woman is later murdered, it becomes clear that this was the case. May be linked to a similar, unsolved murder case of a 17-year-old high school student who was murdered two years ago. But what is the connection between the two victims and when will the culprit start “playing hide and seek” again?
