What happened in The Night Agent Season 3?

Ultimately, Monroe was actually innocent of any involvement with Raúl Zapata and had been hunting the man for most of his life because of Zapata’s role in the death of the love of his life, Isabel’s mother, Sofia. Throughout the season, a dangerous killer known as “The Father” has been hunting people like Isabel and Jay, but due to the efforts of Peter and Monroe, the Father is unsuccessful.

Meanwhile, at the White House, Secret Service Agent Chelsea finds herself at the center of a conspiracy when she shoots a White House staffer, whom she believes at the time was intending to kill the First Lady. However, she was misled by the First Lady, setting off a chain reaction in which Chelsea began the season as the head of security at the White House, then was fired and then impeached by President Hagen to keep her quiet.

As Peter and Isabelle get closer to uncovering Monroe’s secrets, the more desperate people like the President and Freya become. However, thanks to the Financial Register’s lawyers, who are afraid of the consequences and the time it takes to read the files, they need a witness to come forward and expose the presidency.

Isabel, along with Chelsea and Peter, were able to get Freya from her apartment to the financial register, but the President did not make it easy. Two Night Agents personally appointed by him were used in an attempt to assassinate Freya, but failed after meeting Peter and Chelsea. Adam was the last obstacle in Peter’s way, causing him to be shot in the leg, but sanity ultimately prevailed and Peter, with Freya’s help, convinced Adam that Hagen was corrupt and needed Freya to expose him.
