While preparing our update to our big list of every Netflix show that has been renewed, we let one slip (along with most outlets and even eagle-eyed Wikipedia contributors), but we now allow us to correct it. The news official was revealed on February 20, shortly after the release of its hugely successful Season 2.
Created by Sebastian Ortega as a spin-off of the widely acclaimed l marginal (which ran for five seasons), in the mud Explores the grim, dangerous and complex dynamics of a women’s prison. Produced in collaboration with Underground (a Telemundo studios company), the series has become a huge regional hit and a huge global success for Netflix’s non-English TV slate.

When all is said and done, the show has seen a decline in viewership, but clearly not enough to justify the show facing decline.
