amazing digital circus It has become a massive global phenomenon, garnering millions of views and dominating Netflix’s global top 10 charts. With the continued success of the show, fans are eagerly awaiting episode 8. However, if Netflix is your primary platform for connecting with Pomney, Jax, and the rest of the digital crew, you may need to exercise a little patience despite the fact that Episode 8 has only recently been released.
When the partnership between GLITCH Productions and Netflix was originally announced, the plan was to debut new episodes simultaneously on both YouTube and Netflix. However, as the series has progressed, the day-by-date release strategy has quietly ended.
During the GLITCH Direct 2025 presentation, the creators explained their evolving approach towards the Netflix release. Instead of releasing individual episodes onto the streaming platform as soon as they’re finished, GLITCH opted to pause and release them in pieces.
Why the delay?
The reason for this sequential release is actually quite simple: audience habits. As the team at GLITCH explained, “We learned that people like to watch things in batches on Netflix”.
Because Netflix viewers are accustomed to a binge-watching model, dropping a 20 to 30-minute episode every few months doesn’t perform as well as a multi-episode feast. We saw this strategy in action late last year when Episodes 5, 6, and 7 were bundled together and released on Netflix in December 2025, just a few months after Episodes 5 and 6 had already premiered on YouTube.
A representative from Netflix confirmed that it will be relaunched with new episodes, although the date for the next batch has not yet been confirmed. Reddit thread reveals the final episode scheduled for this juneWhich can happen when the next batch arrives.
Where to watch episode 8 now
The good news is that you don’t actually have to wait to see what happens next. The single-episode release format is still alive and well available on YouTube, which remains the principal home for amazing digital circus. If you’re strictly a Netflix viewer, rest assured that Episode 8 is not leaving the platform. Once enough new episodes have been released on YouTube, you can expect them to arrive on Netflix in a convenient batch going forward.
Until then, you can either watch the latest madness on GLITCH’s YouTube channel or wait until Netflix gets its next highly anticipated drop!
