Netflix set to become international streaming home for high-stakes Fox drama cleaning ladyThe Elodie Yung-led series is scheduled to be released in multiple territories on April 1, 2026.
Developed by Miranda Kwok and based on the Argentine series La chica que limpia, the show follows Tony De La Rosa (played by Yung), a shrewd Cambodian-Filipino doctor who comes to the United States for medical treatment in order to save his son. When the system fails, she becomes a “cleaning lady” for organized crime, using her medical expertise to clean up crime scenes and stay ahead of the law.

Who is in the cast of The Cleaning Lady?
The series is led by Elodie Yung, who many Netflix fans will recognize as Elektra Natchios from the Marvel Defenders saga (specifically Daredevil and The Defenders).
The cast also includes:

Looking Back: The Show’s Journey on Fox
cleaning lady First premiered on FOX in January 2022 as a mid-season replacement. It soon became a breakout hit for the network, praised for its breakneck pace and being the first primetime DACA-centric hero on American television.
The show ran for a total of four seasons on the network, with a total of 44 episodes. Although it was a co-production between Fox Entertainment and Warner Bros. Television, the underlying rights and international distribution are handled by Warner Bros. Discovery, which has been on a licensing spree since Netflix confirmed its deal to buy the studio assets last December (though that’s no longer the case with publishing, with Paramount set to take over the company instead).

According to Justwatch, USA is currently streaming in its entirety on HBO Max and partially on Hulu.
