For those unfamiliar with how Universal movies come to Netflix, it’s all based on a deal struck in 2024, which was originally supposed to debut in 2027, but will debut much earlier than originally planned. For Universal’s slate, films typically debut in theaters, move to Peacock for an exclusive four-month window, and then move to Netflix for a 10-month window. This kind of deal has already been in place for several years for animation, but now it’s transitioned to live-action titles.

Now, looking ahead to next month, we have three major titles confirmed to be making the switch from Peacock to Netflix.

nobody 2

Theatrical release date: 15 August 2025
Coming to Netflix: 14 March 2026

Bob Odenkirk is back as Hutch Mansell, and if you thought the bus fight in the first film was intense, just wait until you see what director Timo Tjahjanto has prepared for the sequel.

The first film was a massive hit on Netflix and remained in the global top 10 for several weeks. With Sam Rockwell and Marc Maron reprising their voice roles, it’s expected to dominate the kids and family charts over the Easter break.
