ladies First has been adapted into a Netflix feature film by Katie Silberman (book smart), Natalie Krinsky (broken heart gallery) and Cinco Paul (Schmigadoon!). Lisa Chasin of 3Dot Productions is producing. Chasin has a successful history of rom-coms on the streamer that he is working on life list And lonely planet.
Eléonore Daly, Edouard de Lachomet and Four by Two Films are also producers.

Reports from the set suggest that the film uses clever visual cues to emphasize the reversed gender roles of this alternate London – such as female construction workers catcalling Sacha Baron Cohen’s character. Filming of the film took place between November 2024 and January 2025.
