Narnia is undoubtedly one of the biggest releases planned for Netflix in 2026, and over the past week, filming on the movie has come into the public eye again, with filming taking place in Greenwich, London and the streamer finally confirming that the film is on the way with some new details.

Filming took place primarily on soundstages in London, although, as we have documented, it also traveled throughout the United Kingdom with on-location filming in London, Bradford, and Manchester.

We’re told filming is now expected to wrap up in mid-February 2026.

Now let’s take a look at the new snaps, courtesy of Shutterstock. All these were taken on January 11, with some changes they appeared on social media, although some people misunderstood these pictures. Avengers: Doomsday. The photos were taken outside the historic Old Royal Naval College in Greenwich, London, which was converted into a building when the film is set in the 1950s.

The pictures will look familiar to those who have seen the behind-the-scenes footage, as they once again show Jadis in full get-up being chased across the capital by London’s finest. Emma Mackey, as you may know, has been cast as The White Witch (Jadis), but for all these on-location shoots, she’s used a body double instead. We’ve also seen Jadis ride up the Tower of London and be filmed in Bradford on horseback. Similarly, the role of Digory on horseback is being dutifully played by a dummy with a head made of tape.

Authentic cars, vans and buses were used for this set of shots, including a spectacular Biro advertisement on the side of one of the iconic London red buses.
